What are your hours of operation?
Our store is open 24/7/365.  However, we do like to sleep a bit.  So if you need to contact us you may e-mail us at info@keptforher.com or call

1-602-820-6397.  If he is unavailable, he will get to you as soon as possible.  Please leave a message for him.  We check our e-mails
several times a day so feel free to leave a message there as well.  Your questions are very important to us!!

NOTE - We are glad to help with product issues or to help select a product and to answer questions about male chastity.  We will not discuss our
personal habits or how we are using male chastity in our relationship.  Please do not ask questions of a personal nature.  Thanks!


SHIPPING AND ORDERING
How do I get FREE shipping with the purchase of a Full Package?
Free Shipping only applies to Full Package purchased in the United States.  When you order any Full Package EXCEPT the PA-5000 we will ship
it for free by USPS Priority mail within the United States.  You will go through the checkout process and on the page that takes your personal
information and credit card, there will be a pull-down menu for shipping options.  If you are in the U.S., there will be one choice for Free
Shipping.  Select that and you will not be charged for shipping if you order a Full Package.


What are my Shipping Choices?

Note: US Postal service rates changed on January 27, 2013, resulting in significantly higher international
shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience and burden on our international customers.

For the U.S. -
USA First Class - Any Item exc. Tube, Full Pkg -  Use this if you buy the KSD-G3,  Rings, Locking Pins, Spacers, Cleaning Kit... basically any
small stuff.  The cost will be
$3.00.
USA Priority - Any Item  -  Use this if you buy any item and you want your order in 2-3 business days.  Cost is $8.00.
USA Express  - Any  Item  -  Use this if you want any purchase express in the U.S.  Your package will be shipped via USPS Express Mail. Unless
you are in a very remote area, you will receive it the next day.  The cost is
$29.00.
USA Free Priority Shipping - Any CB Full Package -  Use this if you purchase any CB Full Package as described on the CB-6000, CB-3000, The
Curve, BirdLocked and Bon4 pages.  It will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, normally 2-3 business days.  The cost is
Free!

International Orders -
For all orders outside of the USA, expected delivery times shown below do not include customs clearance times, which can vary greatly from
one country to the next. For Priority and Express orders, tracking information will be current within 24 hours up to the point of departure
from the USA, and typically is not updated again until the package has cleared customs in the receiving country.

For Canada -
Canada - First Class - Small Items  -   Use this if you buy the KSD-G3,  Rings, Locking Pins, Spacers, Cleaning Kits... basically any small items
that fit in a mid-sized envelope.  They do not guarantee how fast you will get it. Tracking and insurance are not available. The cost will be
$ 8.00.
Canada- First Class - Larger Items - Use this if you want inexpensive postage for any tube or CB full package.   They do not guarantee how fast
you will get it.  Tracking and insurance are not available.  The cost is

Customs Declaration Form
When we ship an international shipment, we normally have to use a Customs Declaration Form depending on the size and weight of the
shipment.  We have to put down the contents and the value of the contents.  For contents we will put down "plastic tube, plastic rings, plastic
pins and spacers" if you got a CB Full Package.  For other items we will put down similar terms.

We must also put down the value of the items in the box.  We have been asked by some customers to lie on the form in order to save the
customer money by not paying the proper duties and taxes.  Lying is wrong all the time
so we will not do that.  For a company to give a false
declaration on the form and get caught, the fine can be up to $25,000!!  So if you order from us be prepared to pay your country's duties, fees,
and/or taxes.

Delivery Time Expectations For Overseas Shipments
We have shipped hundreds of packages to our friends outside of the United States.  While the United States Postal Services (USPS) advertises
delivery times of  6-10 business days for International Priority Mail and 3-5 business days for International Express Mail, that is best case.  We
have found that most of the time those delivery times are accurate.  However, your Customs department can hold up a package for 2 or more
weeks.  In all of our shipping we have had only 2 packages that we shipped outside of the United States that were never delivered or returned to
us.  Some packages took much longer to arrive at their destination than advertised.  We ask that you be patient if that happens to you.  Some
have expected Kept For Her to immediately ship a duplicate package when theirs did not arrive exactly on time.  We can't do that.  We just ask
that you understand that there are many hands that your package will go through to get to you and that might delay the process.  We figure that
80+ percent of the packages do arrive within a day or two of the USPS advertised time.  Thanks!

Do you ship to every foreign country?
Yes, we can.  However, some countries have a much higher cost.  If you do not see your country in the list above, send us an e-mail letting us
know your Country, City, and any zip code or city code associated with your location.  We will send a note right back detailing the cost to ship to
your location.

What methods do you use for shipping?
We use USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express.  Outside of the U.S. we use USPS First Class, Priority Mail and  Express
Mail.  Other methods are available at your request.  We will have to work out payment if you choose a method that is not listed.  We are flexible
and will work with you any way possible!

If you request that we ship by UPS, FEDEX, or DHL, we will also charge an additional $15.00 service fee.  We are not close to any of their
facilities and they require that we use packaging other than the USPS packaging which is free.  So, we will need to cover our drive time,
standing in line (typical) and packaging costs.

How are your products packaged?
We use standard United States Postal Service packaging materials.  The return address will say "3030 Brown St., Alton, IL 62002".  Your package
is shipped discreetly.

On international shipments, we may have to disclose what is inside the box.  We simply put down "plastic parts" or if it is a CB Full Package we
will say "plastic tube, rings, spacers, lock".

Do we sell your information or send you mailers?
NEVER, EVER!!  Your information will never be sold or given away under any circumstances.  Also, after we ship your order, we will never send
any other items to your address.  

What if something is out of stock?
We carry a very large inventory at all times.  However, if we should be out of stock on an item, you will be notified immediately.  We can
drop-ship from the manufacturer for most products to expedite your order without extra cost to you. Birdlocked items and Dick Cage cannot be
drop-shipped, and the delay could be as much as a week.

How quickly do you ship?
We keep a full inventory at all times.  Orders received by 12:30 MST go out the same day.  Orders received after 12:30 MST might get bumped to
the next day.  We ship six days a week so you get your package as soon as possible.

When I pay by credit card, what will appear on my statement?
Your statement will read "Personal Security Devices, Inc.".

Do you take PayPal?
Yes!  As you go through the checkout process, you will find the option to pay by Paypal.  Click on the Paypal button and you will automatically be
taken to a Paypal page to put in your username and password.  When you have put them in, Paypal will automatically take you to a page that has
your order total.  If the order total is correct, just press "Send" and your money will come to us along with a notification that you have paid.

What if I want to mail in my order?  What methods of payment can I use and where do I send the payment?
Print out the mail in form and send it in.  You may use cashier's check, money order, or personal check.  If you send a personal check, we will wait

What if I have a question?

WARRANTY AND RETURNS
What type of warranty is on your products?
BirdLocked MCD - BirdLocked warrants their chastity devices from any breakages caused by air pockets in the device.  If a BirdLocked is ripped,
torn, or breaks because of an air pocket, it will be evident.  There will be a "cavity" on both parts of the ripped, torn, broken sections.  These items
will be replaced by the manufacturer and/or Kept For Her for the first 3 months from purchase.  
BirdLocked failures not caused by an air pocket
will not be covered under warranty.

A.L. Enterprises Products - The chastity devices and accessories made by A.L. Enterprises (CB-3000, CB-6000, Curve, PA-5000 and all related
accessories)  all come with a
one-year warranty from the date of original purchase.  Should a warranted item break or fail in some way, contact us
and we will handle the warranty replacement if you purchased from us.  No money will be returned on these products, just a merchandise
exchange for the defective product.  You must have purchased the items from us.  
We will not warranty something we did not sell.

1.  Only the original item is warranted.  Replacement items are not under warranty.
2.  We will only exchange for the same model, size, and color that you originally purchased.
3.  You will be required to pay for shipping back to you (see below).

You will be charged postage to ship any warranted product back to you.  For postal rates, see above on this page.  Prior to shipping we will
require your credit card information to bill for shipping.

If you want to replace a defective item that you purchased from us, here's our policy.  We have lost over $2,500.00 each of the last two years by
sending out replacement items but never receiving the defective item(s) back.  So, you will have to pay for your replacement item(s) up front or
send in the defective item before we will ship the replacement.  You will still have to pay for shipment back to you.  If you pay for the
replacement first, we will then credit you when (and if) we receive the defective item back.  Here's how you can pay for the replacement and/or
shipping:  You can contact us and send us your credit card number, expiration date and cvv code, or you can Paypal us at
info@keptforher.com, or you can mail in a check or money order.

still under warranty.

3.  We will send out a replacement right away after we receive your return unless you pay up front.  You are obligated to pick up the postage.

The KSD-G2 and KSD-G3 is warranted for life against breakage and defects.  However if you modify them, the warranty is void.

What if I want to return one of the products?
Our first policy is that we take care of our customers.  We will work with you.  Contact us and let us know what your concern or issue is.  We
want to treat you as we would like to be treated.
 We have never had an unhappy customer and we are not about to ruin that reputation!  


KSD-G3 (Keepsake Security Device - Generation 3)
What is the KSD-G3 made out of?
The KSD-G3 is made out of UHMW (ultra high molecular weight) plastic.  We chose this plastic because it molds well, stays true to shape,
and is resistant to oils and lotions.

I bought a KSD-G3 and it is too tight or too loose.  What do I do?
Not a problem, we will help you!  First, the way that you can tell if it is too tight is that you will have a problem urinating.  Is that the issue?  
If so, here's what to do.  Take some 80-grit sandpaper and enlarge the hole a bit.  This will only take a bit of time.  You will not need to take
off too much plastic shavings.  Try to do this in an even manner, though an slightly oblong shape will not hurt you.  Put it back on and wear
it for a day and see what happens.  If it is still a bit too tight, take it off and enlarge the hole a bit more.  When you have the hole where you
want it, take some 120-grit then 400-grit sandpaper and smooth it out a bit.

Of all of the KSD-G3's that we have sold, only a few have had this problem and they were corrected to the customer's satisfaction.

Is it too loose and you can get out?  First, did you modify it?  If so, we can help you by sending you another size at a nice discount.  We cannot
take the one back that you modified.

How can I clean the KSD-G3?
You can use any dish washing soaps or an anti-bacterial soap.  Do not put it in the dishwasher.


Daily Wear Issues  (see also Fitting)
What type of lubricants do you suggest?
When using an acrylic (hard plastic) chastity device like the CB-6000, we suggest using a silicone-based or water-based personal lubricant.  If
you are wearing teh BirdLocked or Bon4, use a personal lubricant that is water-based.

These are typically lubricants used with vibrators and to help add moisture to a woman.  We find that baby oils or mineral oils also trap body
odor and smells.  Also, any oil is somewhat resistant to soaps and is a bit harder to keep yourself clean.  After you get in the tube, you need to
clean off the lubricant.  Read down to "How do you stay clean..."  We do not suggest leaving any lubricant on yourself while in chastity.

How do I get a right fit with my CB?
First, let's discuss rings.  You want your ring tight enough to where you cannot slip it down on your ball sack hardly at all.  Here's a good
rule of thumb.  Once you have the ring on, put a couple of fingers on the underside of the ring.  Now push up on the ring.  If you can fit your
small finger under the ring from the top, it's probably ok.  If you can fit more than one finger thickness under the ring, it's too loose.  Go to
the next size down (smaller).  If once the ring is on you have a discoloring of the scrotum, take the ring off and use a larger size.

Now to locking pins and spacers.   For the CB-6000 and the New Style CB-3000 and Curve there are four locking pins and each locking pin
has a corresponding spacer.  Start with one of the mid-sized locking pin and spacer combinations.  Put on the ring, put the locking pin
through the ring and then put the spacer on the locking pin on the outside of the ring.  Then put the cage on and get locked up.  Pull back all
excess scrotum skin so that you don't have too much scrotum hanging on the outside of the ring.  

If you have too short of a locking pin/spacer combination, you will know that you have a problem because your scrotum  will swell up.

How do you stay clean hygienically while locked in a chastity device?

Here's the best way.  Put some body wash on the wet tip of one of our Swabs and Angle-Tipped Wash Bottles available on our
Cleaning Kit
page.  Put the swab up the end of the tube and begin to wash around the head and shaft.  Then, take the Angle-Tipped bottle and flush the soap
out.  Take some Q--tips to dry off by inserting them in the cage and twisting them as you move them around.

Here's another way.  Take a plastic squeeze bottle that has a long, pointed tip on it.  I found that a bottle that comes in a woman's hair color kit
works well (Revlon has a good one).   Fill it with warm water then squirt in some shower gel.  Shake it up to mix it.  Then carefully squirt the
soapy solution under the KSD-G2, up inside the tube, and in the vent holes until you feel that you got the majority of yourself clean.  Use good
pressure on the bottle and you can squirt the fluid from the back of the KSD-G2 to th every front of the tube.

I think you will find that you will be clean for a good long time, free of odors at least under the tube and the KSD-G3.

Do you suggest using lubricants under the cuff rings or inside the tube for daily wear?
There are times that some lubricant is helpful between the ring and the skin.  If that is necessary, we find that a hand lotion like Vaseline
Intensive Care Lotion is great.  Put a little dab around the inside of the ring in the morning and evening and that should help.

If you wear the BirdLocked or Bon4, you will need to put some lotion between the ring and skin otherwise the silicone will stick to the skin
and cause discomfort.  Use the same type of lotion like a Vaseline Intensive Care or other high-quality hand or body lotion.
